Configuration
Meta Information
Add a name for the study. The name can be changed later, if needed.
Team
The team settings section are available for Studio studies only.
Team For studies of typr "STUDIO" the team feature is available. In this setting you can choose a team. Team members now get access to the study in their accounts and can leave comments. If you change the team or remove a team from the study, the team members will be notified. Perhaps communicate in advance to them.
Freeze comments: This applies only for team enabled Studio studies. Teams have an option to comment on the different sections of the study. If you don't want new comments added or want to pause this comments activity you can freeze the comments on the study.
Manage
This section allows to upgrade (if PROFESSIONAL or STRATEGIC) or update (if approved) the study. If your study is "in progress" you may find a button to redirect you to the approve section.
Status
The study can be "in progress" or "approved". The button displays the status. pressing the button allows you the update (if already approved) or to go to the approve section.
Add a color
For adding a color you have 3 options. One is a regular color picker. Choose Hue, saturation and lightness. The second is to enter a domain. We check the domain in the database or of not found do a live search. The result is the main color, if we can find something. The third option is to provide an image, e.g. a logo. The prominent colors are extracted. But you can also use an eyedropper, if you want a specific color. The image is only used in the browser for color extraction and is afterwards discarded. No transfer to any server.
Choose add color and close this secton and you will get color patches in the settings.
Manage colors
The selected brand colors are shown as patches together with some numbers. The first is the primary brand color. This color is used in the industry comparison. The other colors are just numbered brand colors. They can be seen as accent colors. You may remove a color or make any numbered brand color the primary clicking the arrow button.
Comments
The comment section is only available for the team enabled "STUDIO" study. Any team member can leave comments. At adding a comment a team member must choose any of the comment types (proposal, observation, concern). The team leader can delete a comment any time.
