Customer Portal
A click on "customer portal" in the shop/subscription section will open a browser window providing access to the customer portal at the payment provider. You get an overview about all transactions (orders and transactions) and have access to invoices. You can also update the address information there.
The portal allows:
- See past payments and download invoices.
- Get information about your products and subscriptions, and manage them.
- Update their payment details (for subscriptions)
- Download invoices.
